 episode3

“Baby,” said Sarah smiling, “where are you?”

She was walking alone near a wide garden in this freezing weather, couple of minutes before the night falls, holding her small pink cell phone against her ear and talking quietly, and happily. She was looking everywhere around her to find what she was looking for, she looked like a little kitten who lost her way, except that she was really happy and every moment was quit enjoyable to her.
“Come on,” she screamed happily “that is not funny.”
“Honey I am freezing here,” she said, “and I am kind of scared.”
At that moment, the man appeared, that tall handsome guy stepped out from behind the most massive tree in the park and started to walk towards her in his usual glamorous confident steps.
“Josh,” she said.
He loved it when he hear his name coming out from her sweet lips, actually her loved every word she said, he can sleep on her voice while saying anything, it was like a relaxing spa meditation music.
“I was gonna make these hide and seek game a little longer, you know,” said Josh, “Just couldn’t leave you scared.”
The happy little kitten become much happier as she heard these words, which reminded her of how much that guy standing in front of her loves her and cares about her. She was just standing there, speechless. In spite of the fact that this wasn’t her first relationship, before meeting Josh, Sarah never knew what it is like to be in love.
“And there is another reason,” Josh continued, “I couldn’t wait to the thing that I never done since the last time I seen you four days ago.”
“what is …”
Just before she finish her question, Josh reached over, and held Sarah’s little fingers, and gently, without keeping his eyes away from her face, he kissed them passionately, as if it had been a long years, not just four days.
“I missed you, Josh”
Once again, he felt this great feeling he used to feel every time she pronounces his name. Immediately after letting Sarah’s hand, and off course without losing the beautiful sight of her lovely, Josh took of his grey coat and placed it on her shoulders.
“Oh!” said Josh suddenly, “there is one more reason.”
“One more reason, huh?” replied Sarah, it looked like she understood the game now, no doubt she knew what was coming; a sweet, passionate, romantic kiss on the lips. She knew him for many years, to Sarah, Josh was like an opened book. But, and out of nothing, Sarah realized that he anticipation was untrue this time.
Josh, slowly put his left hand in his pocket, and get down on the ground on one knee as he pulled out a tiny opened box with a wonderful diamond ring inside it. Josh grabbed her right hand and pullet it towards his heart.
The look on Sarah’s face at that very moment was indescribable, what was that? It was like she couldn’t believe what had just happened, it was the feeling of surprise, mixed with joy and happiness.
“I know a place,” said Josh as he looked up at Sarah, “where you would live in forever, happy, safe, respected, and loved”
“A place,” he continued, “big enough for you to be its queen, small enough that won’t fit anyone but you” he put her hand on his right on his heart.
Sarah’s face couldn’t reflect more emotions, as there were too many of them, she never felt that happy before, and perhaps she never will, she knew that was the moment of her life. However, she was waiting for the famous fabulous sentence that every girl lives her life waiting for;
“Will you be my wife?” said Josh
Now, it was Sarah’s turn. She wanted to answer, and say some wonderful words like her boyfriend had just did, but that was really hard at that time, she just smiled with tiny shiny tearing eyes, and nodded her head.
Josh took the ring out, and place it in Sarah’s little finger. What a great moment Sarah was living at that moment; she knew at that moment that her man was truly loving her, and not just messing around or wasting his and her time with a meaningless relationship.
As soon as the ring was placed inside her finger, and they became officially engaged, the rain started to pour heavily, and in an unusual way.
“Oh,” said Sarah, “Did you see that?”
“Maybe it is a celebration by heaven” replied Josh
“Oh really?” she smiled, “and maybe we need to get under a cover or something”
“it is an open park,”
“So, what are we gonna do now?”
“Let’s run?”
She looked at him and smiled. Then he held her hand before they walk side by side, and then ran away together.
Even though it was freezing, and Sarah caught a cold for a while after that day, they both loved the rain since then, and every time the sky is raining, their telephone rings, and they talk with one another for hours. And when they asked why they love the rain, they answer that because rain loves them.

Under the Rain: episode 2

             Under The Rain

                               A LOVE STORY

Death is the destiny waiting for every human soul, and no one can tell you for sure when and where your soul is going to abandon your body and leave this world forever, but only someone can at least tell you that your day had not come yet, and this someone is the one who loved you the most ....

 episode2

There was nothing like josh's feeling when he was relaxing on a bed of these smooth sea sands, in this heaven, enjoying the morning sun rays, which apparently stopped sending out such great warm rays to his home in Toronto. it was like a little heaven on earth.
There was also nothing like Josh's feeling when his pretty new wife comes running toward him, take off his sunglasses and ruin his relaxing times, and so, giving him no choice but to get up and chase her down the shore until he catch her, or let her get away so as to make her happy thinking that she is faster than him.
"Do you realize that this is our last honey moon night?" asked Sarah when she was in bed with her husband.
"I do," Josh replied with a smile on his face to his cute wife, who couldn’t help but smiling back.
"But, I want it to end!" he said
"Really?" Sarah looked surprised, but the lovely smile on her face still going on.
"Look," replied Josh "As much as I enjoyed our romantic honey moon"
"Aha?" she looked like she really wanted to hear the end of his strange sentence.
"I cannot wait to start our days together, and spend the rest of my life with you." he said.
" I love you." said Sarah before giving her husband the most passionate and romantic kiss.

“Good Afternoon, Captain”
When he heard these words from a hostess, Josh was walking in fast steps along the corridor leading to the plane parking area.
“And Congratulations, off course” She added after walking beside him, trying to be as fast as he was to the same destination.
“Thank you, Linda.” replied Josh without looking at her face
“How is everything?” he asked while walking
“Well, everything is normal,” replied the hostess “the weather is not good though.”
“I see”
“So,” she said quietly “how is the pretty bride?”
He looked at her for the first time; “she is fine.”
Although he seemed careful not to give her too much information, he pretended he don’t know that she felte extremely jealous, he pretended he don’t know that she loved him, or even came to his apartment three months earlier to say so.
“Good luck, Josh,” she said  “I meant, Captin”
A small smile, used to be drawn on Josh’s face in these kinds of awkward situations, which used not to take long until being shown on the other person’s face. Yes he was good at it, as if he is capable of making the smile delivered from his face to that of others, and in no time. But, it didn’t work this time.

“Congratulation!” said the assistant pilot
“The passengers congratulate you for this smooth take off” he added
“Just the take-off?” smiled Josh
“Do you want me to tell the passengers that you are a groom?” replied the guy smiling back at Josh “A groom who just took a honey moon for just one week because he can’t stand being away from his plane? A groom who is unable to focus because his own mind is still all the way in Toronto?”
“Really?”  smiled Josh
“Congratulations, brother”
“Thank you, Frank” Before they approach each other and hug, they heard a loud sound, that sound which frighten the young blond hostess standing near the pilots.
“What was that?” she asked
“Lightning” said Frank
“And Rain” added Josh
“I hate the rain,” said Frank “it makes me stuck at home all day long”
“I love the rain,” replied Josh “it reminds me of my sweet days with Sarah.”
“Ok, sissy boy,” said Frank joking with his friend “would you please maneuver away from the clouds?”
The guy went towards the pilot stick with confident steps, but, before he did, he suddenly fell down the floor, the other pilot did, and the hostess as well.
“Oh my god,” screamed the hostess “what was that knock?”
The two pilots got up, or partially got up from the floor of their driving cabinet. They both looked terrified; it seemed like they both are aware of something happening.
“HUD failure?” Frank looked to Josh with his eyes showing all the fear of the world

Not so long later, Josh was sitting on his pilot seat, but not doing anything; apparently there was nothing left for him, or his assistant pilot to do.
No one can tell what was he looking at through that small window, or what was he thinking of at that time; was he thinking of how horribly would he die if he couldn’t manage to land on between these high hills? Was he imagining the crash that would happen then and how would his body be torn to pieces? No, that was probably not what he was thinking. Because he was not that weak, that guy was always famous for his bravery in facing such situations.  He might be thinking of something else.
He might be looking down to the big Toronto city, which was looking like a small dot to Josh from where he was; trying to beg for one last look at Sarah’s face, that girl who he had dreamed more than fifteen years to be with and never be apart, but, it looked like heaven do not want them to be near each other more than one week.
“There is a panic out there, between the passengers” Said the hostess
“Panic?” shouted Frank, “why? We are going to land down the desert before we reach the seashore.”
“That is what I told em.”
“Please, Laura, just go be with them”
She wasn’t very stable either, but she knew that her duty is make the passengers feel safe, otherwise, there would be a disaster inside the plan, which will lead to ending everyone’s life.
“Off Course, Captain” she said confidently
“What are your suggestions now?” Frank turned to his friend, “Josh?”
“huh? Ah yes,” he replied, “we are minimizing speed and altitude so as to land on the sand before reaching the waters”
“The HUD is off, Josh,” shouted Frank, “and so is the other digital displays,”
The eyes of that tall tough English guy started to cry out, it seemed like he knew that the end is just coming.
“We had just reached our maximum speed twenty minutes ago,” he continued, “how the hell can we minimized to the optimum in such a short distance?”
Frank’s voice started to rise; “are you gonna do magic?”
Josh took three closer to Frank, stood facing him very close.
“What in god’s name is wrong with you?” he shouted and looked into frank eyes, “ Do you want us to just sit here like the passengers and wait for death to come and pick us up?”
The poor tough guy started to calm down a little, but tears are still clear in his eys.
“You already know that we are dead,” he said sadly, “don’t you?”
That strong, responsible attitude was just lost suddenly and disappeared from Josh’s face, it seemed that the question asked by his friend had waken him up, to see the truth, and to start to face it.
Josh went away in the pilot cabin, and looked out the window, at the heavy pouring rain down the desert.
“I wish I can see Sarah,” tears started to shine in his eyes, “and tell her one last time how much do I love her.”
“At least I am going to die seeing what reminds me of her,” one tear dropped from Josh eye, “at least I am going to die under the rain!”
