 episode2

There was nothing like josh's feeling when he was relaxing on a bed of these smooth sea sands, in this heaven, enjoying the morning sun rays, which apparently stopped sending out such great warm rays to his home in Toronto. it was like a little heaven on earth.
There was also nothing like Josh's feeling when his pretty new wife comes running toward him, take off his sunglasses and ruin his relaxing times, and so, giving him no choice but to get up and chase her down the shore until he catch her, or let her get away so as to make her happy thinking that she is faster than him.
"Do you realize that this is our last honey moon night?" asked Sarah when she was in bed with her husband.
"I do," Josh replied with a smile on his face to his cute wife, who couldn’t help but smiling back.
"But, I want it to end!" he said
"Really?" Sarah looked surprised, but the lovely smile on her face still going on.
"Look," replied Josh "As much as I enjoyed our romantic honey moon"
"Aha?" she looked like she really wanted to hear the end of his strange sentence.
"I cannot wait to start our days together, and spend the rest of my life with you." he said.
" I love you." said Sarah before giving her husband the most passionate and romantic kiss.

“Good Afternoon, Captain”
When he heard these words from a hostess, Josh was walking in fast steps along the corridor leading to the plane parking area.
“And Congratulations, off course” She added after walking beside him, trying to be as fast as he was to the same destination.
“Thank you, Linda.” replied Josh without looking at her face
“How is everything?” he asked while walking
“Well, everything is normal,” replied the hostess “the weather is not good though.”
“I see”
“So,” she said quietly “how is the pretty bride?”
He looked at her for the first time; “she is fine.”
Although he seemed careful not to give her too much information, he pretended he don’t know that she felte extremely jealous, he pretended he don’t know that she loved him, or even came to his apartment three months earlier to say so.
“Good luck, Josh,” she said  “I meant, Captin”
A small smile, used to be drawn on Josh’s face in these kinds of awkward situations, which used not to take long until being shown on the other person’s face. Yes he was good at it, as if he is capable of making the smile delivered from his face to that of others, and in no time. But, it didn’t work this time.

“Congratulation!” said the assistant pilot
“The passengers congratulate you for this smooth take off” he added
“Just the take-off?” smiled Josh
“Do you want me to tell the passengers that you are a groom?” replied the guy smiling back at Josh “A groom who just took a honey moon for just one week because he can’t stand being away from his plane? A groom who is unable to focus because his own mind is still all the way in Toronto?”
“Really?”  smiled Josh
“Congratulations, brother”
“Thank you, Frank” Before they approach each other and hug, they heard a loud sound, that sound which frighten the young blond hostess standing near the pilots.
“What was that?” she asked
“Lightning” said Frank
“And Rain” added Josh
“I hate the rain,” said Frank “it makes me stuck at home all day long”
“I love the rain,” replied Josh “it reminds me of my sweet days with Sarah.”
“Ok, sissy boy,” said Frank joking with his friend “would you please maneuver away from the clouds?”
The guy went towards the pilot stick with confident steps, but, before he did, he suddenly fell down the floor, the other pilot did, and the hostess as well.
“Oh my god,” screamed the hostess “what was that knock?”
The two pilots got up, or partially got up from the floor of their driving cabinet. They both looked terrified; it seemed like they both are aware of something happening.
“HUD failure?” Frank looked to Josh with his eyes showing all the fear of the world

Not so long later, Josh was sitting on his pilot seat, but not doing anything; apparently there was nothing left for him, or his assistant pilot to do.
No one can tell what was he looking at through that small window, or what was he thinking of at that time; was he thinking of how horribly would he die if he couldn’t manage to land on between these high hills? Was he imagining the crash that would happen then and how would his body be torn to pieces? No, that was probably not what he was thinking. Because he was not that weak, that guy was always famous for his bravery in facing such situations.  He might be thinking of something else.
He might be looking down to the big Toronto city, which was looking like a small dot to Josh from where he was; trying to beg for one last look at Sarah’s face, that girl who he had dreamed more than fifteen years to be with and never be apart, but, it looked like heaven do not want them to be near each other more than one week.
“There is a panic out there, between the passengers” Said the hostess
“Panic?” shouted Frank, “why? We are going to land down the desert before we reach the seashore.”
“That is what I told em.”
“Please, Laura, just go be with them”
She wasn’t very stable either, but she knew that her duty is make the passengers feel safe, otherwise, there would be a disaster inside the plan, which will lead to ending everyone’s life.
“Off Course, Captain” she said confidently
“What are your suggestions now?” Frank turned to his friend, “Josh?”
“huh? Ah yes,” he replied, “we are minimizing speed and altitude so as to land on the sand before reaching the waters”
“The HUD is off, Josh,” shouted Frank, “and so is the other digital displays,”
The eyes of that tall tough English guy started to cry out, it seemed like he knew that the end is just coming.
“We had just reached our maximum speed twenty minutes ago,” he continued, “how the hell can we minimized to the optimum in such a short distance?”
Frank’s voice started to rise; “are you gonna do magic?”
Josh took three closer to Frank, stood facing him very close.
“What in god’s name is wrong with you?” he shouted and looked into frank eyes, “ Do you want us to just sit here like the passengers and wait for death to come and pick us up?”
The poor tough guy started to calm down a little, but tears are still clear in his eys.
“You already know that we are dead,” he said sadly, “don’t you?”
That strong, responsible attitude was just lost suddenly and disappeared from Josh’s face, it seemed that the question asked by his friend had waken him up, to see the truth, and to start to face it.
Josh went away in the pilot cabin, and looked out the window, at the heavy pouring rain down the desert.
“I wish I can see Sarah,” tears started to shine in his eyes, “and tell her one last time how much do I love her.”
“At least I am going to die seeing what reminds me of her,” one tear dropped from Josh eye, “at least I am going to die under the rain!”
